Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal Requirements And Qualifications
- 5 years of experience or more as a paralegal.
- Routine client contact.
- Prior experience as a plaintiff's paralegal and your most recent role as a plaintiff's personal injury paralegal.
- Ability to acquire medical records and compile a medical chronology; drafting, analysis of contracts.
- Prepare documents such as pleadings and motions for attorneys and file them with the court.
- Case management and administrative work.
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred but not required.
- Salary BOE $60K-$85 discretionary bonus.
- No weekend work. Great work life balance.
