Qualifications & Responsibilities
- 3 years of paralegal experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
- Prior experience specifically as a plaintiff's personal injury paralegal (most recent role preferred)
- Routine client contact; many clients are Spanish-speaking
- Ability to obtain and organize medical records and prepare medical chronologies
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents; e-file with the court
- Case management and administrative support throughout the life of the case
- Bilingual English/Spanish required, including translating legal documents both ways
- Total compensation of $65,000-$85,000 (base salary bonus)
- Monthly performance bonuses plus a discretionary Christmas bonus
- No weekend work; excellent work-life balance
