What You'll Do
Take First Chair in high value personal injury cases. Work with a seasoned team, that has multiple six, seven, and eight figure verdicts. Handle all aspects of litigation, conducting depositions, preparing cases for trial, mediations, and trying cases. The Trial Attorney will also develop case strategies, and take part in our team building policies.
Salary & Benefits
Starting from $175,000 to $200,000.00 plus percentages on settlements and trials on significant six, seven, and potentially eight figure cases.

Team friendly, and supportive environment. Most significant team members have been with the firm for over 5 years, multiple team members have been with team for over 15 years.

Qualifications
- 5 plus years of extensive personal injury experience
- Trials with verdicts and / or significant trial experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Licensed to practice law in the state of New York
