Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Location: On-Site | Century City, Los Angeles

Responsibilities
- Handle personal injury litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Advocate on behalf of injured clients against insurance carriers and defendants
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and other court appearances
- Work closely with paralegals and support staff to manage caseloads efficiently
- Contribute to case strategy and overall litigation management
- Assist in mentoring and leading team members as needed
- Active admission to the State Bar of California
- Prior experience handling personal injury litigation matters
- Strong passion for plaintiff-side advocacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and support staff within managed departments
