Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Evaluate claims, analyze case strategy, and assess liability and damages
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Prepare cases for litigation, including discovery and motion practice
- Ensure compliance with all procedural requirements, including statutes of limitations
- Deliver high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal team members to drive case success
- Admitted to the Connecticut Bar in good standing
- 3-5 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
- Experience negotiating and resolving PI claims; trial exposure is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
