Key Responsibilities
- Handle personal injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial
- Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and strategy development
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable client outcomes
- Maintain compliance with deadlines, filings, and procedural requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Active Connecticut Bar admission (in good standing)
- 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law
- Proven ability to negotiate settlements; litigation experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
