Key Responsibilities
- Manage field operations, scheduling, logistics, and project coordination
- Supervise field staff, warehouse teams, and subcontractors
- Work closely with project managers and estimators to align resources
- Oversee material procurement and vendor relationships
- Monitor job costing, productivity, and operational efficiency
- Ensure a strong safety culture and compliance with company standards
- 5 years of experience in construction operations, ideally in glass, glazing, or specialty trades
- Experience managing crews and coordinating across departments
- Solid understanding of commercial construction processes
- Highly organized and effective under pressure
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
- Strong pipeline of projects and company growth
