Qualifications
- 3-5 years of medical malpractice litigation experience preferred, plaintiff side and/or personal injury experience required
- Ability to manage a busy caseload
- Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
- Licensed and in good standing in Ohio
- Salary: Starting around $115,000 (DOE)
- Billable Requirement: 1800 hours
- Bonus Structure: Formula-based and discretionary bonuses
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office

Salary : $115,000 - $150,000
