Experience
- 5 years site supervision (required)
- Ideally 10 years in commercial masonry
- Proven experience running ground-up commercial jobs
- OSHA 30 REQUIRED
- Level-headed and steady under pressure
- Problem-solver who keeps things moving
- Not reactive or high-drama
- Can work well with crews, PMs, and GCs
- Ground-up commercial masonry projects
- Work includes:
- High-rise buildings
- Universities
- Schools
- Churches
- Heavy structural and architectural masonry (brick, block, stone)
- Fast-paced jobs where coordination, sequencing, and manpower management are critical

- Charleston, SC

- Problem-solver who keeps things moving
- Not reactive or high-drama
- Can work well with crews, PMs, and GCs
- Can independently run a jobsite:
- Scheduling & sequencing
- Crew management
- Production tracking
- Safety & quality control
- Knows how to push production while maintaining standards
- Career masonry background (not jumping trades)
- Comfortable running large, ground-up commercial projects
- Can walk onto a job and immediately:
- Evaluate crews
- Adjust workflow
- Keep production on track
