What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, and VFDs
- Perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergency repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Maintain and improve control systems and plant equipment
- Install and modify electrical components and wiring
- Support continuous improvement and uptime across the facility
- 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and controls is a plus
- $35-$40
