Responsibilities
- Assist in all phases of commercial and business litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy memoranda.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Manage document review and discovery processes.
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
- Support trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Minnesota bar license and in good standing.
- 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial or business litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
- Desire to develop courtroom and client-facing experience.
