Litigation Attorney - Des Moines, IA (Partner-Track Opportunity)We're partnering with a well-established firm in Des Moines seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. • Title: Litigation Attorney (Senior Associate or Partner-Track)
• Experience: 6 years of civil litigation experience (tort, commercial, or medical malpractice preferred)
• Compensation: $120K-$160K base, plus bonus potential (target range based on experience; top candidates around $140K-$160K)
• Billables: 1,650 hours annually
• Work Arrangement: In-Person or Hybrid schedule available; not fully remote. Some in-person requirements.
