Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of commercial and civil litigation matters
- Develop and implement case strategy in coordination with partners and clients
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Provide sound legal counsel and maintain effective client communication throughout all stages of litigation
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 5 years of commercial and civil litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Excellent judgment and ability to manage workload independently
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan
