About The Role

Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs
- Conduct discovery, depositions, and case strategy development
- Appear in court for hearings and proceedings
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
- Maintain strong client communication and case management
- 2 years of litigation experience
- Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositions
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- West Virginia Bar admission required
