Position Essential Job Functions
- Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Medical Malpractice and/or nursing home experience preferred
- Licensed in West Virginia
- Competitive salary of $1150,000-$180,000 based on skills
