Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of litigation experience
- Skilled at arguing motions
- Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
- Active membership with the CA State Bar
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Participate in depositions and attend court hearings
- Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys
- Attend mediations and actively participate in negotiating settlements
- Direct contact with diverse clients and companies
