What You'll Do
- Advise and counsel clients on a wide range of labor & employment matters, including FEHA and wage & hour issues
- Collaborate closely with other partners and practice groups
- Lead and manage discovery, law and motion practice, and case strategy
- Deliver high-quality advocacy and client service across multiple engagements
- 8 years of Labor & Employment experience
- Strong background in counseling, advising, and litigation
- Experience supporting and partnering with other attorneys
- Active, good-standing member of the California State Bar
- Excellent writing, communication, and advocacy skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote
