A highly respected, full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Partner to join its Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior attorney looking to grow within a collaborative platform that values long-term relationships, high-quality work, and strategic practice development.
The Opportunity
The firm is open-minded regarding portable business and will evaluate candidates on a case-by-case basis. While a book of business of approximately $500K is preferred, flexibility exists for the right partner with strong experience, client relationships, and growth potential.
Compensation will be determined based on the valuation of the partner’s existing book of business, as assessed by the firm’s financial team. As such, compensation details will be discussed individually during the process.
Responsibilities

Maintain and grow a Labor & Employment practice, including advising employers on compliance, litigation, and risk management

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across a range of employment matters

Collaborate with partners across practice groups to support cross-selling and firm-wide growth

Participate in mentoring, leadership, and business development initiatives

Work Arrangement
