What You'll Do
- Support senior lenders in managing and growing Ag and Commercial loan portfolios
- Participate in credit analysis, loan structuring, and underwriting processes
- Assist with calling efforts to build new business and strengthen existing relationships
- Help analyze applicants' credit histories and repayment capacity
- Learn bank policy, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in community outreach and networking events to build your local presence
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
- Prior banking or internship experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Desire to build a long-term career in Ag or Commercial lending
