Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day field operations for interior construction projects
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials to meet project timelines
- Lead and mentor project teams and field staff
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
- 3 years of interior construction experience (commercial, government, or multifamily)
- Proven ability to manage schedules and mentor others
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to solving challenges
