This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong sales acumen and a genuine passion for helping clients secure the right insurance solutions. We're especially interested in producers with a proven history in personal lines accounts. You'll be responsible for generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and consistently achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, and close new insurance business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options.
- Utilizie multiple resources to be successful, such as inbound and outbound calls, referrals, social media, etc
- Collaborate closely with underwriters and service teams to deliver the best solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier products, and compliance regulations.
- Active TX P&C insurance license
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is strongly perfered
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and client management abilities.
