Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
- 3-10 years of insurance coverage and litigation experience (defense-side preferred)
- Strong knowledge of California insurance law and civil procedure
- Experience handling complex litigation matters independently
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
- Experience drafting detailed coverage opinions
