Established (25 Years) Premier Firm Seeking an Associate Attorney for Coverage Litigation in Irvine, California. An established firm based in Irvine with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join their team in a hybrid capacity (4/1). This role involves handling coverage litigation for insurance defense, while representing carriers, excess insurers, and self-insured entities from pre-suit through trial and appeal. We will train the right person!  Offer: Salary range: $100,000-$150,000, contingent on experience

0-3 years of insurance defense experience - Will Train! 
Familiarity with claims handling practices, billing guidelines, and reporting requirements
Experience working within e-billing platforms
Strong legal writing, analytical, and courtroom advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and communicate effectively with clients and claims professionals Responsibilities: Handle third-party insurance defense matters for coverage litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and coverage-related correspondence
Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
Maintain compliance with carrier billing, reporting, and litigation guidelines
Collaborate with claims professionals, excess carriers, and monitoring counsel on high-exposure matters
Advise insurers and self-insured clients on litigation strategy and risk exposure
Manage files efficiently while meeting case deadlines and client expectations
