Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLC-controlled production equipment
- Support and maintain Allen Bradley PLC systems and associated controls
- Diagnose electrical, instrumentation, and automation-related issues
- Work with HMI systems, touchscreen interfaces, and industrial networking components
- Calibrate and troubleshoot pressure transmitters, level transmitters, flow devices, and related instrumentation
- Support preventive maintenance and reliability initiatives
- Respond to equipment issues and minimize operational downtime
- Partner closely with maintenance and operations teams to improve overall equipment performance
- Assist with continuous improvement projects related to controls and automation systems
- 4 years of industrial controls, instrumentation, or automation experience preferred
- Strong Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting experience required
- Experience with Automation Direct systems is a plus
- Knowledge of industrial networking and HMI platforms
- Experience with instrumentation including:
- 4-20mA control loops
- Pressure transmitters
- Level transmitters
- Process instrumentation systems
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Hands-on maintenance and controls experience required
- Monday-Friday day shift schedule
