We're looking for a hands-on Injection Molding Processor who takes pride in setting up, troubleshooting, and keeping production running at a high level. What You'll Do
- Set up and start injection molding machines for production runs
- Perform mold changes and machine setup (mold setting, startup, shut down)
- Troubleshoot process issues and adjust parameters to hold quality and cycle targets
- Support R&D runs, new tool trials, and complex or challenging molds
- Work closely with maintenance, quality, and engineering to resolve issues quickly
- Monitor part quality and make real-time process adjustments
- Help drive improvements in scrap, uptime, and overall efficiency
- Follow all safety and standard work procedures
- Injection molding processing, setup, or mold setting experience
- Strong troubleshooting ability on presses and tooling issues
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Exposure to complex tooling or R&D work is a plus
- A hungry, hands-on operator mindset who wants to grow and take ownership
- Team-oriented, reliable, and willing to jump in where needed
