- Prepare and treat surfaces meticulously before coating application.
- Mix, match, and apply specialized industrial coatings using advanced spray equipment.
- Inspect finished products to guarantee they meet our rigorous, century-old standards of excellence.
- Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot painting machinery and safety equipment.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and collaborative workspace environment.
Because we handle precision manufacturing, this is not an entry-level role. You must have proven industrial or automotive paint experience to be considered.
- Experience: Strong background utilizing airless, conventional, or electrostatic spray systems in an industrial or automotive setting.
- Skillset: Sharp eye for detail, deep knowledge of various coatings/thinners, and a strict commitment to safety protocols.
- Availability: Reliable and ready to excel on our 2nd shift (8 to 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday).
