A well-established equipment company is looking to add two experienced Heavy Equipment / Diesel Technicians to their growing team. These openings are due to an internal promotion and an upcoming relocation, creating excellent long-term opportunities with a stable company that continues to grow.
This role will focus on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of construction and rental equipment including aerial lifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts, loaders, mini excavators, skid steers, concrete saws, and more.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay targeted in the $25–$30/hour range depending on experience
- Annual bonus potential of $12K–$15K

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Work on a variety of compact and construction equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment in a shop environment
- Complete work orders and maintain service documentation
- Work closely with parts and service teams to keep equipment operating efficiently

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience working on heavy equipment, construction equipment, or diesel equipment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
