What You'll Be Doing As A General Manager
- Lead and motivate a team across production, installation, design, and customer service
- Oversee workflow, scheduling, quality control, and on-time delivery
- Ensure optimal use of materials, equipment, and labor to meet client expectations
- Partner with sales and account teams to deliver excellent service and quick turnarounds
- Identify areas for operational improvements and help implement best practices
- Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and margins
- Be a visible, engaged leader who's comfortable on the floor and in the boardroom
- 5 years in large/wide format graphics
- Proven leadership in a general manager or operations management role, at least 2 years
- Hands-on and proactive-someone who can roll up their sleeves and lead by example
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
- Competitive salary ($80K-$120K depending on experience)
