What You'll Do
- Manage and grow your book of business across domestic and international freight
- Coordinate multimodal shipments including:
- Air freight (domestic & international)
- Expedited surface transportation
- Ground, LTL, FTL, and specialized solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
- Negotiate rates and ensure profitable, efficient movement of freight
- Deliver tailored logistics solutions based on client-specific needs
- Proven experience as a Freight Broker (REQUIRED)
- Strong background in domestic and international shipping
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation and margin growth
- Existing book of business preferred
- Ability to operate independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- Base Salary: $50,000 - $90,000 (DOE)
