About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager in daily field operations
- Perform layout, quantity tracking, and progress reporting
- Support quality control, safety compliance, and project documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure schedule and production goals are met
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts and project planning meetings
- Learn project leadership responsibilities with a clear path toward a Superintendent position
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-4 years of field experience with heavy civil projects such as roadways, bridges, utilities, or concrete work
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and surveying principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive attitude and desire for professional growth
- Based in Colorado Springs, with projects across the region
