Key Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of farm equipment including tractors, planters, sprayers, and harvest equipment
- Assist with planting, spraying, harvesting, and general crop production activities
- Perform routine maintenance and basic mechanical repairs on equipment
- Support grain handling, loading/unloading, and facility upkeep
- Assist with general farm duties as needed, depending on season and workload
- Ag bacPrior experience operating farm equipment
- Basic mechanical skills (ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on farm equipment)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus
