A premier, rapidly growing family law practice in Boise is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their collaborative team. Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Manageable Caseload: Maintain full accountability for ~30 active family law cases from intake through mediation and trial.
• Billable Goal: Comfortably meet a 1,600 annual billable hour requirement through real-time time entry and structured day-to-day workflow.
• Client Advocacy & Communication: Provide exceptional service through systematic, empathetic communication and outstanding in-court advocacy.
• Court Appearances: Handle regular in-person court appearances and trials in Boise and surrounding county courts.
• Strategic Execution: Develop clear case plans, lead high-stakes mediations, and execute effective negotiation strategies.
• Team Synergy: Collaborate daily with dedicated paralegals and legal staff to streamline case management and legal workflows.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Licensure: Active Idaho Bar License in good standing (with no disciplinary actions).
• Experience: 3 years of dedicated experience in: Family Law, Litigation, Mediation, & High stakes negotiations.
