What You'll Do

As a Recruiting Partner, you'll take ownership of your market and build relationships that create opportunities.

• Connect with companies to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
• Identify, recruit, and represent top professionals for career opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop creative recruiting and business-development strategies.
• Guide candidates and clients through the hiring process from start to finish.
• Stay informed on industry trends and become a trusted resource in your market.

Compensation

Base salary starts at $35,568 annually ($1,482 twice monthly), PLUS uncapped commission opportunities.
