Project Manager | Water Infrastructure | Company Vehicle + Strong Benefits

We are working with a well-established contractor specializing in potable water pipeline services and lead service line replacements that is actively seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is a split office/field position offering strong compensation, long-term stability, and a company culture focused on flexibility, work/life balance, and employee growth.

Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:

• Manage underground utility projects from startup through completion• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications• Manage project budgets, costs, and forecasting• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, equipment, and materials• Work closely with field crews, superintendents, and ownership• Maintain project timelines and ensure successful execution in the field

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of underground utility / wet utility experience• Previous Project Management experience required• Strong understanding of water, wastewater, and underground pipeline construction• Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
