Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the professional first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal communications
- Oversee office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment
- Handle key accounting functions including invoicing, AP/AR processing, and account reconciliation
- Prepare detailed reports, track project expenses, and assist with month-end financials
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure compliance with internal recordkeeping policies
- Support senior leadership with confidential administrative and financial tasks
- Proven experience in a senior administrative, office management, or executive assistant role
- Accounting experience is a plus
- Experience using Acumatica is a plus
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
