Responsibilities Executive Support (75-80%)
- Manage the Owner's calendar and schedule
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Track deadlines and follow up on action items
- Assist with special projects and company initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Manage daily office operations
- Order office supplies and coordinate vendors
- Organize files and company records
- Coordinate office meetings and events
- Assist with invoices and administrative tasks
- Help maintain an organized and efficient office
- 1 years of Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or related experience
- Experience supporting an owner, executive, or senior leader preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
