Key Candidate Qualifications
- Estimating experience must include Commercial Structural Concrete Experience working for a Specialty Contractor or a Self-Perform GC
- 7 years working for a Commercial Concrete specialty sub-contractor or self-performing General Contractor
- Practical leadership abilities, like motivation, goal setting, and conflict management
- Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking.
- Creative and results-oriented, with a keen sense of urgency and self-motivation.
