With over 40 years of experience, they are a progressive commercial construction company known for delivering high-quality projects and building long-term relationships with clients and employees. Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial ground-up construction projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Solicit and review subcontractor bids and supplier pricing
- Work closely with project managers, field teams, and leadership to develop competitive proposals
- Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and project planning
- 3 years of experience estimating commercial ground-up construction projects
- Experience with large-scale projects ($30M - $100M)
- Project experience in sectors such as: Healthcare, K-12 Schools, Higher Education, Churches, Office Buildings, Municipal / Government, Facilities, Industrial Projects, Parking Garages
