Performance Expectations For The Estate & Trust Tax Manager
- Review Tax Returns (Trusts & Estates)
- Maintain client relationships
- Train/ lead and develop staff
- Tax Planning
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
- CPA
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or relevant law firm experience.
- Strong Trust & Estate Background.
- Experience with 1041, Fiduciary, & HNW
- Experienced in managing Trust & Estate Engagements
- Experience in tax planning, review, & client relationships
- Experience leading and developing staff
- Experience with CCH Axcess/ ProSystem Fx is preferred
