What You'll Do

• Build relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Partner with companies to understand hiring needs and fill critical positions
• Source, qualify, and connect highly qualified professionals with clients
• Develop new business through consistent outbound activity
• Cold call, interview, and prepare candidates and clients for the hiring process
• Assist with negotiations and placements
• Conduct professional reference checks
• Utilize recruiting technology and tools to manage your business
• Continuously grow your client and candidate network

• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Consistent and proactive outbound activity
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to control your income
• Degree preferred, but not required
• Successful completion of gpac training and ongoing training requirements
  
  

Unlimited Earning Potential

This is a commission-driven opportunity with no cap on earnings.

Earn 30%-75% of your production, with unlimited commission potential.

Base salary starts at $35,568 annually, paid twice monthly, plus uncapped commissions.
