Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6 engineers
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to spec
- Partner with product, operations, and executive leadership to define technical roadmaps and priorities
- Establish and maintain engineering best practices, including code quality, testing standards, and documentation
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, risks, and resourcing gaps
- Drive process improvements to increase team efficiency and product reliability
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to equipment services and industrial operations
- Direct report to the Chief Operating Officer
- Serve a diverse range of industries across the Midwest and beyond
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an industrial manufacturing-related field
- 5 years of engineering management experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage in detailed technical discussions and decisions
- Strong knowledge in industrial equipment related to HVAC units, heaters, chillers, pumps, and power distribution units.
- Strong command of software like SolidWorks for custom equipment and structural frame design.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
