Salary: $150,000-$210,000

Responsibilities
- Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other court filings
- Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses
- Handle written discovery and depositions
- Attend mediations, settlement conferences, hearings, and court appearances
- Advise clients on employment-related issues and risk management strategies
- Work closely with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel throughout the litigation process
- Active California Bar license
- 3 years of employment litigation experience
- Experience handling single-plaintiff, wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Experience taking and defending depositions preferred
- Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively with a team
