What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney position at Crew Connectors?
Employment Litigation Attorney
Location: West Los Angeles, CA (Initially Remote | Hybrid or On-Site Long-Term)
Crew Connectors is hiring an Employment Litigation Attorney for a growing California plaintiff-side employment law firm.
This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of employment matters, with a significant focus on wage and hour class actions and representative actions under California's Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), as well as wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and other employment-related claims.
The ideal candidate will have employment litigation experience and a strong foundation in California civil litigation. Attorneys with either plaintiff-side or defense-side employment backgrounds are encouraged to apply, and candidates with strong civil litigation experience who are interested in transitioning into employment law will also be considered.
The position will initially be fully remote while the firm's new West Los Angeles office is completed. Following the transition, attorneys may work on a hybrid or in-office basis depending on experience, performance, and business needs.
About The Role
The attorney will work closely with firm leadership on a diverse employment litigation docket involving both individual and representative matters. The practice includes wage and hour class actions, PAGA litigation, and FEHA matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and related employment claims.
Depending on experience, the attorney may initially assist with active litigation matters before assuming greater ownership of cases and client relationships.
The firm is open to attorneys from either the plaintiff or defense side and is willing to consider candidates with strong civil litigation backgrounds who are interested in transitioning into employment law.
While the practice includes both individual FEHA matters and complex representative actions, attorneys with a particular interest in wage and hour, class action, and PAGA litigation may have the opportunity to focus more heavily in those areas over time.
