Responsibilities
- Oversee domestic operations, reporting, load coverage, and customer care
- Scheduling and route planning, tracking and monitoring, and documentation
- Partner with the sales and operations teams for optimal customer satisfaction
- Maintaining detailed record of calls, shipments, and driver logs
- Ensuring timely and efficient operations, while prioritizing safety and compliance
- High school diploma required
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- 1-2 years in the transportation industry, with focus on domestic trucking
- High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
- Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
