Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing and clinical staff within the facility or program.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor nursing staff to promote professional development and high-quality care.
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Manage staffing schedules, performance evaluations, and workflow to maintain optimal operations.
- Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement programs, addressing areas of concern proactively.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a role model for patient-centered, compassionate care.
- Active RN license in Ohio.
- 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or home health environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations, survey processes, and quality assurance programs.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a positive team culture.
