Controller Requirements
- Accounting or Business related degree required
- CPA or CMA required
- 5 10 years in accounting experience, within construction industry preferred but not required
- Tech skills: Proficiency in ERP, Vista, advanced Excel and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of construction accounting principles, Work-in-Progress accounting, job costing, and revenue recognition
- Mentor and supervise other accounting staff
- Oversee AP/AR/general ledger maintenance
- Manage financial reporting (month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes and financial statements
- 50 years in the industry
- Former Top ENR leadership
