What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Litigation Attorney position at gpac?
If your current role keeps you buried in research, drafting, or expert coordination with little client exposure or ownership, this position is designed to move you forward.
My client is growing its construction litigation practice and is seeking an attorney who wants real responsibility, visible impact, and direct involvement in complex disputes. This is not a support role. You'll be trusted with managing matters, shaping strategy, and working closely with clients across the construction industry.
The practice handles a mix of construction defect litigation, commercial contract disputes, delay and scope claims, and risk-transfer issues, representing contractors, developers, design professionals, and insurers. You'll play an active role in discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediations, and, when necessary, trial preparation.
This is an environment where attorneys are given room to operate, judgment is valued, and advancement is based on capability-not waiting your turn.
