Construction Contracts Administrator (Paralegal)

My client is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support contract review, construction documentation, compliance records, and risk-related administrative processes across a growing family of companies.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who understands construction contracts, enjoys organizing details, and wants to become a trusted internal resource to management, sales, operations, finance, and project teams.

What You'll Do

  • Review and help administer master contracts, subcontracts, service contracts, vendor agreements, and related construction documents
  • Track contract edits, follow-up items, document execution, and required approvals
  • Review project specifications for special requirements such as prevailing wage, insurance, CCIP, prequalification, licensing, and jurisdiction-specific requirements
  • Help maintain document templates, contract files, compliance records, licenses, safety certifications, and qualification materials
  • Support certificates of insurance, bonds, subcontractor prequalification, confidentiality agreements, and customer/vendor portals
  • Assist with RFQ/RFP documentation and records needed to demonstrate company qualifications
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and leadership to keep documentation accurate, organized, and accessible

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years of business administration experience; construction industry experience preferred; estimating experience is a plus
  • Experience with contract review, contract administration, project documentation, compliance, or document control
  • Degree preferred in construction, legal studies, business, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information from multiple sources
  • Clear, concise writing and professional communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PDFs, email, file management, portals, and document systems
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, HR compliance, insurance, or construction risk management is helpful
