What You'll Do
- Assist in handling construction litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Support case strategy, client communication, and trial preparation
- Work closely with attorneys on a variety of construction-related disputes and claims
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
- 1 year of litigation experience (construction experience a plus)
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a construction litigation practice
- Respected firm with a strong construction litigation practice
- No billable hour requirement
- Hands-on experience and direct attorney mentorship
- Collaborative, team-focused environment
- In-office role in South Jacksonville
