A top restoration company is looking for a Commercial Reconstruction Manager. This is a key leadership role within the Reconstruction Division, with a focus on commercial water and fire restoration rebuild projects. The Commercial Reconstruction Manager must understand commercial construction in insurance-driven environments, including schedule compression, documentation requirements, and margin control

Core Responsibilities
- Manage commercial reconstruction projects from initial handoff through completion.
- Oversee water, fire, mold, and catastrophic commercial rebuild projects.
- Interpret mitigation scopes and convert them into executable reconstruction plans.
- Review and validate insurance-based estimates (Xactimate preferred).
- Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors and procurement.
- Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
- Serve as primary contact for commercial clients and insurance stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, IICRC, and NJ building codes.
- Track job costs, margins, and billing approvals.
- Utilize DASH (NetGear Solutions) for job tracking and documentation.
- Minimum 5 years commercial construction management experience.
- Direct experience in water/fire restoration reconstruction.
- Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration projects.
- Proficiency in DASH software (required).
- Xactimate experience preferred.
- Knowledge of NJ commercial building codes and permitting.
- Clean criminal background and clean driving record
- OSHA 30 preferred.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) preferred.
